●The backstory

Why KobitaGhar exists

KobitaGhar is our love letter to bangla kobita. We watched Bengali poetry and audio stories find huge audiences online, much of it young Bangladeshis far from home, hungry for bengali poetry in their own language. We wanted to build a proper home for that content.

Today KobitaGhar is a growing Bangla Kobita Database resource covering kobita bangla and much more. Everything is free to browse, and we're building toward daily Kobita app: poem-a-day notification, favorites, and one-tap share as designed image cards to Facebook/WhatsApp
